This Cancellation Policy explains the process for cancelling a service, project, or ongoing engagement with our company.
This policy applies to services offered by Nekimekiram, including:
Clients who wish to cancel a service or project must submit a written cancellation request through their registered email address to info@nekimekiinfosolutions.com.
The request should include the client's name, project or service details, invoice or order reference where available, and the requested cancellation date.
We will review the request and communicate the applicable cancellation terms, outstanding obligations, and any charges that may apply.
If a cancellation request is received before any project work has commenced, the cancellation will be reviewed according to the agreed proposal, payment terms, and applicable service agreement.
Any advance payment or deposit will be handled in accordance with the agreed contractual terms and applicable law.
If a client requests cancellation after work has commenced, the client may be responsible for the cost of work completed, resources committed, approved third-party expenses, and other applicable charges specified in the service agreement.
Cancellation does not automatically eliminate payment obligations for services already delivered or costs already incurred.
For recurring SEO, social media management, advertising management, maintenance, or other ongoing services, clients should submit cancellation requests in accordance with the notice period specified in their service agreement.
Where no specific notice period has been agreed, the parties will coordinate a reasonable cancellation date in writing, subject to applicable law and any existing contractual obligations.
Third-party subscriptions, hosting plans, domain registrations, software licences, and advertising platform charges may be subject to separate cancellation terms.
Nekimekiram may suspend or discontinue a service where necessary due to non-payment, breach of contractual terms, unlawful activity, technical limitations, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Where appropriate, we will notify the client and explain the next steps. Any outstanding payments, refunds, or other financial adjustments will be handled in accordance with the applicable agreement and law.
Upon cancellation, work on the affected service may stop on the agreed effective date. Access to project resources, deliverables, accounts, or ongoing support will be handled according to the service agreement and applicable payment obligations.
Clients should ensure that any necessary data, credentials, or project materials are requested before the engagement ends.
Cancellation and refund requests are assessed separately. Approval of a cancellation does not automatically mean that a refund is due.
Any eligible refund will be processed in accordance with our Refund Policy, the applicable service agreement, and applicable law.
We reserve the right to update this Cancellation Policy when our business practices or legal requirements change. The latest version will be published on this page with the revised date.
